Why You DON'T Need a Wedding Planner
Because Mom is doing it ...so, who takes over on the day of the wedding while Mom wants to enjoy the wedding and socialize with the guests? She's Mom. She can do both. What a lovely day she is going to have. What memories... Because your Best Friend just got married and she knows all that needs to be done....Didn't she learn??? Aunt Mary or Aunt Sue or Aunt Patsy... there are so many of them and they all offered to help. The caterer will be happy to know he can go to just about anyone if he's got a question. Because the DJ / Venue provides a coordinator. For everything? Etiquette, invitations, flowers, transportation... Oops! Did somebody forget to pick up the programs from the printer? And, most importantly, because the Bride wants to be in total control of her wedding. And she should be!
Hire a Wedding Planner?... Why??
Because we have a network of credible vendors. All the research has been done so all you have to do is meet with them and make your selection. Saves you time and stress. Plan B. We'd all like to think that everything is going to be perfect on your special day... and it will be! So much to do, so little time ... Bridal showers and parties; shopping with Mom for her dress; working on party favors, Spa Day(yes!); lunch with the girls, working on the seating assignments, RSVPs ... and on and on and on... Bride remains in total control. Nothing is approved without your prior knowledge.
Most brides don't think they need one until they are totally worn down, tired and stressed out and they just want the whole thing to be over.
